Brewers grains and yeast: Market products, not by-products

Abstract
Substantial tonnages of high-protein feed products are produced by the brewing, malting, and corn milling industries. Improvement of market value for these products can be achieved through programs of promotion, research in .animal nutrition, diversification, and new product development to utilize these high-protein resources to better advantage.
